Women's basketball set to face Grambling

The Jackson State University Women's basketball team is set to face Grambling State University in the Fred C. Hobdy Athletic Center Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at 3 p.m.

The Lady Tigers (9-14 overall, 7-6 SWAC) have dropped three straight of their past six conference games and will be looking to come out a drout on Saturday afternoon against GSU. 

Junior Ayanna Hardy-Fuller leads JSU in points per game with 11.2, field goal percentage with .503, field goals made with 3.9 per game, free throws made per game with 3.3, rebounds with 6.7, and blocked shots 0.9.

Junior Alisa Ross adds 10.0 per game and 3.1 rebounds per game. 

Junior Dominique Brothern leads the team and the Southwestern Athletic Conference in steals per game with 2.9, while leading the team in assists per game with 3.0.

Joanna Miller leads Grambling offensively in points per game with 18.9, three point field goals made with 2.4, assists per game with 2.3, and steals per game with 2.5.
