JACKSON, Mississippi - The Jackson State women's basketball team signed its first player to a national letter of intent. Edneshia Evans from Forest High School plans to join the Lady Tigers next season. Evans is a 6-1 post player, according to maxpreps.com is averaging 13.5 points, 9 rebounds and 1.3 blocked shots per game.
