25 Student-Athletes Receive Diplomas during 2013 Fall Commencement

JACKSON - The Jackson State University Division of Athletics had twenty-five former student-athletes to walk across the stage and receive diplomas during the 2013 Fall Commencement ceremony Friday night at the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center. During the exercise JSU Tigers and Lady Tigers received undergraduate and graduate level degrees. Congressman Bennie Thompson delivered the commencement address and Mr. Bob Owens (President of the Board of Trustees of Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning) gave a  greeting during the event.
